Camp Site Information

Please determine if you can live with these requirements before registering for this rally.

Site Limitation Notice and Acknowledgement
Unless otherwise noted all sites are Full-Hookup (FHU) with 50amp and can accommodate rigs as configured by the manufacturer with slides out and patios and ramps in the travel position.

This is "Fairgrounds Camping". Sites are not laid out like a traditional campground as they are multiple use. Our site configuration provides as many FHU sites as possible.

Handicapped/Mobility Challenged sites are available. During registration, select “Handicapped Site”, then, after registering, contact Amber Alber for reassignment to a specific Handicapped/Mobility Challenged site.

The majority of sites are 50amp: exceptions are noted in site selection process. Some sites are 30amp. Where known these sites are identified as 30amp HOWEVER, it is not always possible to identify 30amp sites. Be aware that you may be sited in a 30amp site.

The majority of sites are 45' in length: exceptions are noted in site selection process. Select your site with the length of your rig in mind.

Sites backup to fences, buildings, utilities or other trailers. There is no overhang room. If your rig length exceeds the site length the front WILL STICK OUT INTO THE STREET or ALLEY and impede traffic.

If there are no sites remaining that are long enough to accommodate the length of your rig, you may contact Amber Alber to be placed on a waitlist.

Most sites are back-in sites or become back-in sites as the campground fills. Your parking attendant will assist you with parking. If back-in parking is problematic tell your parking attendant.

All attendees will be accompanied by a parking attendant when parking their rig in their site. Attendees agree to cooperate with the recommendations and requests of the parking attendant.

Rally registrants are NOT guaranteed, nor may they request, a specific site, a specific level of hookup or a specific site length and/or width.

We reserve the right to change your site selection, if, in our opinion, siting your rig in a different location would be beneficial to the best utilization of the available sites. Changes may be made prior to your arrival in the registration system OR upon your arrival when visual identification of the length of your rig indicates that a siting change is warranted.

Please determine if you can live with the following limitations before registering for this rally:

  • RV sites vary in size. Sites 45' or less are noted in site selection with maximum RV length.
  • Sites backup to fences, buildings, utilities and other trailers. There is no overhang room.
  • Most sites are back-in sites.
  • We reserve the right to change your site location.
  • Your RV length includes tongues, ladders and/or any carrier welded to the frame, i.e. not removable.
  • Rig length does not include ramps or patios in the extended position.
  • Rig length does not include the tow vehicle.
  • All tow vehicles MUST be disconnected from the rig once parked on the site.
  • If the tow vehicle and/or the rig are large, the tow vehicle may have to be parked away from your site.
  • Tow vehicles can NOT be parked on other sites as all sites are occupied.
  • Multiple sites can NOT be used to accommodate attendee rig and tow vehicle.
  • Some sites may NOT accommodate awnings if extended.
  • Many sites can NOT accommodate toy hauler ramps down or in the patio position.
  • Many sites can NOT accommodate rigs with patios in the patio position.
  • Attendees may NOT encroach upon other sites to accommodate their trailer, ramps, patios, tow vehicles, etc.
  • If specified in site selection, your site will be 30amp. Only one air conditioner at a time can operate on 30amp.
  • If specified in site selection, your site will not have sewer.
  • Dump stations are available on the campground.
  • Should Water/Electric (W/E) only sites be offered as rally siting, pump-out services will be provided on a prearranged schedule.

Do NOT assume you will receive a 50amp and/or sewer site or that your site can be upgraded when you arrive.

Please determine if you can live with these limitations before registering for this rally.  DO NOT register for this rally thinking that exceptions can be made once you have arrived.

Utility Connection Requirements Notice and Acknowledgement
RV hookups are at the back of each site. Your water hose, sewer hose and electrical cord must reach from the connection on your rig to the back of your rig plus at least 6 feet (10 feet is advised).

Some RV sites have 30 amp power. A 50amp to 30amp adapter is necessary if you have a 50amp plug on your electrical cord.

Some RV sites share a single water connection. A 2-way or dual water connector is required for these connections.

Water hose, sewer hose and cord extensions, 2-way water connectors, and/or electrical plug adapters are the responsibility of the attendee. DO NOT register for this rally thinking these items will be available at or provided by the Fairgrounds or Rally Team.

Select Your Camping Area

SELECT YOUR CAMPING AREA(SITE)
Select the AREA OF THE FAIRGROUNDS where you want to camp.  This year we are identifying camping areas vs. specific site numbers. If the area/site you want is not on the list, IT IS FULL, pick another area/site.  Match your site to your rig length. Do not select a site that is too short for your rig. If you have a short rig, select a short site.

If there is not a site available that is long enough for your rig, contact Amber Alber at [email protected] to see if there might be a site for you or to be put on a waitlist.

Groups in the same area may be sited together by arriving together at exactly the same time. Empty sites will not be held for those not arriving at the same time.

Trains can be heard throughout the campground. Ring Road sites back up to the tracks.

There are a limited number of spaces.  If we reach our maximum registration, you will be added to a waitlist. Depending on the number of people on the waitlist, we will determine if we open up temporary camping locations. Additionally Harley Hill will currently be used for vendor camping.  Depending on the number of vendors camping during the rally, will determine if we can open this area up for additional camping space.
